The Artist

Natalie K. Sannemalm is a multidisciplinary artist of West Indian and Scandinavian ancestry.

Natalie’s artwork is a guide and means of self-expression. Her creativity is derived from her transpersonal journey of navigating a bicultural background and a vast collection of life experiences. Natalie was formally a professional graphic designer and has worked in a variety of medias across the globe throughout her career.

Natalie, affectionately known as Nelly, is your natural neighbor. She thrives best in spaces of solitude, either tucked away on a farmland in St. David’s, Bermuda or deep in the forests of Norrbotten, Sweden. Her days are spent practising sustainability & permaculture methods, studying herbalism, submerged in bodies of water and crafting in the creative kitchen of her studio space.

Working in rhythm with her moon cycle, Natalie balancing various projects along with time in nature. She explores with her wonderful spouse and adventure cat, Solen.

Natalie is a painter, illustrator, farmer and soon-to-be author.
