Meet the Author
As an artist, a farmer and a wellness advocate, Nurture Your Garden is the amalgamation of my passions alchemized into an analogue self-healers tool. I believe in the healing beauty of gardening as much as the soothing benefits of colouring.
I created Nurture Your Garden as my offering to the collective to inspire beginner gardeners, encourage self-sustainability and to ground the creative soul who seeks art therapy. This book is to act as a simple environmental steward stimulating a mindset shift through conscious art.
